Premiere was in february 2008 in Sonkajärvi, Finland. 2nd version is for quartet: vl, guit, bass, harmonium.
Ismo Eskelinen, Antti Tikkanen, Jani Pensola and Timo Alakotila performed it in Oulunsalo 2009.
Finnish Tango cd Tango Orchestra Unto, 2003
An interesting album of tango by way of Scandinavia. The genre of tango has enjoyed reasonable success in Finland now and then over the decades, led by figures such as Toivo Karki and Unto Mononen, European counterparts to Troilo and Piazzolla to some degree.
